Our first step is to better understand where you are & what you would like to achieve.
Specifically we discuss your available budget, desired return, knowledge and preferences such that we can align the appropriate strategy to help you achieve your goals.

With the bespoke strategy in place we will search for an appropriate opportunity that meets the brief, and then provide both a high level financial forecast and a short walkthrough video for immediate review

Upon purchase of the site our team will produce a detailed schedule of works including costs & timelines for the project that will be shared prior to commencement of work, or support a handover as appropriate.

We project management the delivery of works through to completion, keeping in contact throughout and providing weekly video updates to keep you informed of progress or any challenges.

Once any works are complete we will implement the agreed exit strategy, whether that is placing a property on the market for sale, refinancing or engaging a local lettings agent.
