The design of a home plays a crucial role in creating a happy home. Thoughtful design can help optimise the use of space, create social interaction and even enhance mood and well-being.

Our in house design team has experience in managing projects from an initial concept, through architectural design, 3D visualisation, planning approvals and project scoping, right through to delivery.

We specialise in creating interesting and innovative properties from unconventional spaces. This enables us to provide highly sought after properties.

Our values

The reason we chose Tre Lowen as our brand is that we really value its meaning, which is “Happy home” or “Joyful home”. We consider it vital in our own lives and therefore this underpins everyone of our projects.

Unlike many, we prioritise the fundamentals that can make a real difference to home owners or tenants lives, ahead of profits: Our properties are built or refurbished to a high quality, and made to last, with ongoing support.

We believe our mental health is intrinsically linked to our surroundings, and therefore when you feel safe, calm and happy within your home, you are better equipped to manage stress and navigate life's challenges.

Our approach

  • Right location

    Finding the right locations for our projects is vital. Whether that's a scenic country spot, a spacious open plot, or converting a garage in a tight spot between two terraced houses, we ask ourselves the same key question:

    Would we want to live there at any stage of our lives?

    If the answer is yes, then we go on to look at the specifics; Such as local amenities, the neighbourhood, the view, the aesthetic, the geography etc.

  • Right price

    A key component of our risk mitigation strategy is to ensure we source land, properties, materials and labour competitively and control costs closely to ensure value.

    We also recognise the responsibility we have to our investors and future home owners to deliver homes of the required quality and on schedule. As such, we look for value in the journey as much as we do the outcome, or price.

  • Right reason

    Sometimes it's about more than just the price or the location, its the why. By why, we mean our purpose, cause or belief - Why do we like the project, over another? Why would anyone want it over another? Beyond the data, do we have a gut feeling, if so, why?

    This process helps us understand and test the value in any given project, from both sides, and ensures we have the highest chance of success.
